“Company portal” - enables HR management to administer and view employee data and electronically store the principal documents produced by the payroll (payslips, summaries, F24, Uniemens, accounting reports, 770 forms, …). The portal also allows the HR department to interact with employees by publishing company messages and documents on an electronic notice board and to manage changes in some personal details entered by the employee via work flows.
“Employee portal” – this is the area dedicated to employees, which may be accessed via the web, to view their own data (personal, pay, bank details and accrued holidays and paid hours of leave) and in which personal documents (payslips, CUD) are stored in pdf format. Employees can also access the company notice board and interact with the HR management to change certain data and request information.
“Reporting Datawarehouse - DWH” – to manage and distribute reports containing personnel information. This module enables the user to analyse data by obtaining groupings based on populations of employees contained in the Database, allowing the user to view, print and extract data in electronic format (excel, txt, csv, xml, word).
“Employment relationship and chronologizing of events” – to manage administrative obligations relating to hirings, terminations and changes during an employment relationship. This module enables the user to simply and automatically produce documents and forms (e.g. hiring letters, changes in pay, Unilav communications, …). The events characterising an employment relationship that the company intends to monitor (changes in pay, organisational changes, …) are also chronologized in special individual archives.
“Cost forecasts” - enables the company to “predict” its future human resource costs. Designed based on the needs of small and medium-sized companies, the module provides personnel cost forecasts easily and immediately, also simulating the effects of applying particular management or organisational policies (e.g. new hires, changes in level and/or classification, …). Data may also be processed and output produced in Excel format.
