Services are provided through a proprietary portal, Antex@woHRk: a flexible tool that may be accessed via web and puts the client into direct contact with work tools and, above all, with data and information on its human resources – at any time, anywhere and effortlessly.
The tool is scalable according to the client’s needs, by activating the functions available.
The portal has been designed to be accessible to different figures within a company who, through particular access profiles, can view data and documents. The extent of access depends on the person’s information needs: extensive for human resource staff, sectional for other company departments and customised for each employee.
Our services may also be provided through the Sapphire HR system, developed on a SAP platform, which combines SAP standards with Antex’s proven extensive experience in personnel administration and in numerous projects implemented using SAP platforms for medium and large international companies.
This tool is constantly updated in line with legislative and technological changes, enabling clients to face new market demands immediately.
Sapphire HR was devised based on the logic and phases of the operating processes involved in personnel management, in such a way as to provide employees, managers and HR departments with a single interactive dialogue tool, which is both integrated and modular, through which:
- the employee manages his/her own situation, with all the information relating to his/her employment relationship available in real time
- the manager authorises his/her collaborators’ requests, all the necessary information and reports on the collaborator’s situation available in real time
- the HR department can monitor the company’s overall situation, since all employee-related information is available.
